Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire
• Temporary: Short or long term assignments to cover maternity leaves, absences, surges in production and seasonal needs. (Agency is employer of record and bills fees on an hourly basis.)
• Temp-to-Hire: Gives Clients an opportunity to decide whether the candidate is the right choice for the position and for the company.
• Direct Hire: The candidate is hired immediately by Client. Fee is of annual salary and is payment is due in full at time of hire. (Two pay option requires approval)

Face to Face
• Personal interviews held with each applicant
• Picture ID required and copied
• Skills discussed
• Resume validated

Background Information
• Validated upon request after candidate is selected
• Personal references checked upon request

Same Coordinator
• Client assigned to one coordinator
• Voice mail available when coordinators’ line is busy
• When assigned coordinator is unavailable, an informed team member handles account

Consultants
• Marketing Representatives have extensive exposure to current market trends and will assist Client in determining a competitive hourly rate for specific job descriptions.
• Employment Coordinators are well informed regarding market rate for various job descriptions and will advise Client upon request.
