    Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire
  • Temporary: Short or long term assignments to cover maternity leaves, absences, surges in production and seasonal needs. (Agency is employer of record and bills fees on an hourly basis.)
  • Temp-to-Hire: Gives Clients an opportunity to decide whether the candidate is the right choice for the position and for the company.
  • Direct Hire: The candidate is hired immediately by Client. Fee is of annual salary and is payment is due in full at time of hire. (Two pay option requires approval)
